Luxurious Lytham villas set for top award
Ten large and luxurious, individually designed villas in Lytham, Lancashire, are guaranteed a place in the UK Property Awards’ hall of fame.
The Villas at Lytham Quays could win a top 5-star award for Best Development and subsequently be judged against the best properties around the world. At the very least they’re guaranteed to receive a Highly Commended.
And top scoring winners at the UK Property Awards’ high profile gala and presentation dinner, being held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on October 18, will go on to compete in the International Property Awards global competition.
