If you’re looking to find your perfect new home in Wiltshire but find the house buying process daunting, then look no further than Taylor Wimpey’s Brook Meadow development, where buyers will be treated to the best customer service the industry has to offer.

The development has proven particularly popular in the area and with just a limited number of plots remaining, those who could see themselves setting up home in a Taylor Wimpey property should act fast to avoid missing out.

Of those available, prospective buyers can purchase the stunning three bedroom Hamford, which offers a lounge/diner leading out to the garden and kitchen with room for a breakfast table, perfect for couples or families looking to expand and need space to entertain. Upstairs has two double bedrooms along with a single room, family bathroom and en suite shower room and is on offer from just £189,995.

Also at the Brook Meadow development and with similar features, is the beautiful Gosford home priced from £175,995 and is available through Help to Buy which allows buyers to secure one of these properties with just a 5% deposit. This means you could put down as little as £8,799.75 to reserve a large family home, much lower than traditionally associated with a smaller property. Under the scheme you get a mortgage for 75% of the property and the remaining 20% takes the form of an equity loan interest free for the first five years. Those visiting the site can also benefit from taking a stroll around the show home version of this house, to really get a feel for their potential new home and how it could work for them.

The incentives offered by the leading house builder are one of the many advantages of purchasing a new build property and the flexibility which allow purchasers to get on and move up the property ladder much easier.

Charlie Joseph, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Bristol commented: “Since we first launched our Brook Meadow development, the response from buyers has been fantastic, particularly with schemes such as Help to Buy and Part Exchange, which many people don’t realise they are eligible for.”

The Help to Buy measures include an equity loan scheme which will be available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the equity loan scheme, and it is available to both first time buyers and existing home owners alike.

Charlie continued: “Our experienced sales executives pride themselves on talking you through all of the options and incentives available so you could be moving into your dream home before you know it. I would definitely urge anyone interested in moving, particularly to a brand new property, to visit Brook Meadow and see what we have to offer.”
