A superb selection of beautiful new homes will be unveiled next weekend at Taylor Wimpey’s hotly-anticipated Atrium at Great Western Park development between Harwell and Didcot, Oxfordshire.

This exclusive development in a peaceful rural location is being unveiled at a special launch event on Saturday 21st September, when discerning house-hunters will be able to choose from a range of stunning family homes.

The event will feature plenty of entertainment for all the family, including face-painting, balloon modelling, a bungee run and a barbecue, plus a competition inviting visitors to design their perfect bedroom.

The best entry in the contest will be used as the basis for the design of one of the showhome bedrooms – and the winning designer will receive £500 of toy vouchers courtesy of Taylor Wimpey.

Darren McCormack, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “House-hunters should make a date in their diaries for the grand opening of our brand new Atrium at Great Western Park development, which will offer outstanding choice for savvy property-seekers.

“We don’t want to reveal too many details about this exciting new development until the launch but I can assure would-be buyers that they will not be disappointed by what they see.

“I would strongly recommend coming along to our fantastic launch event on Saturday 21st September to have the best chance of snapping up one of the first homes to be released for sale.”

Atrium at Great Western Park lies on the western fringes of the vibrant town of Didcot, which has been designated as one of the three major growth areas in Oxfordshire and boasts a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The sought-after village of Harwell is also just a short distance away.

Parents will appreciate that there are a number of primary schools located close by, and secondary schools can be found a short distance away in Didcot.

For days out, the 18th century stately home Milton Manor House is just three miles from home, while the ancient hillside White Horse chalk figure is just a short drive away from the development.

Commuters will enjoy easy access to the A34 which runs to the east of the development, offering good links to the M4 and M40, and nearby Didcot Parkway railway station has regular services to London Paddington with a journey time of around 40 minutes.

The Atrium at Great Western Park launch event takes place between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 21st September at the Great Western Park Sales Information Centre off the A4130, Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, OX11 6AB.

The development is open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays 1pm to 5pm and Thursdays 10am to 7pm).
