Discerning purchasers can be among the first to reserve their choice of the homes on sale now at Taylor Wimpey’s hotly-anticipated new development Longford Park, in Bodicote, near Banbury.

With a primary school, three public houses, a post office and a convenience store in the village, Bodicote is the perfect place to set up home and home-hunters will find a superb range of property designs at Longford Park to suit all tastes and budgets.

This exciting new community offers a selection of high-quality two, three and four-bedroom homes located on the northern fringes of the village, surrounded by open countryside.

Darren McCormack, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are very excited to have unveiled our stunning Longford Park development to prospective homebuyers who are looking for an attractive new home in a fantastic setting.

“Anyone who wants to be at the front of the queue to reserve their pick of the plots available cannot afford to hang around!”

There is a range of three and four-bedroom homes available to reserve now, priced from £255,000.

The Plot 29 Easdale three-bedroom semi-detached home, for example, is priced at £270,000 and features a kitchen/dining room and living room, opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, as well as two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and driveway parking.

The Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available at Longford Park, enabling first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Set in an ideal location within the picturesque village of Bodicote, Longford Park offers the perfect combination of beautiful countryside and a relaxed lifestyle.

Banbury’s thriving town centre is just two miles away, and offers a wealth of great independent shops, designer stores, a twice-weekly market and an array of pubs and restaurants.

Longford Park is ideally located for commuters, with the M40 within easy reach and Banbury railway station offering regular services to London, Birmingham, Leamington and Oxford.

Families will also appreciate the choice of schools for all ages within close proximity of the new homes, including Bishop Loveday Church of England Primary School, which was rated ‘good’ in its latest Ofsted inspection.
