House-hunters will need to move fast if they hope to snap up the last home available to buy in the current phase at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Limes Park development.

Discerning purchasers have been quick to secure their favourite plots at this popular development in Basingstoke, and now only the four-bedroom Plot 429 ‘Hastings’ town house is available to purchase.

Emma Jones, Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We have been overwhelmed by the popularity of Limes Park, which has proved a real hit with house-hunters looking for a superb new home in a fantastic location.

“The ‘Hastings’ would make an ideal choice for property-seekers who want a flexible home offering bags of space. But they can’t afford to delay – or they could miss out on this fabulous house!”

The ‘Hastings’ is priced £315,000 and boasts a spacious living room, opening to the private rear garden via a stunning conservatory/dining room, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to an en-suite bedroom, a further bedroom and a main bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom and an additional bedroom can be found on the top floor. Outside, there’s a garage and driveway parking.

The Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available at Limes Park, enabling first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Limes Park is located on the north-western fringes of Basingstoke with the town centre just two miles from the development.

Basingstoke itself combines historical influences with bustling modern shops and exciting leisure pursuits, while Festival Place shopping centre comprises more than 150 shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.

The town is also home to a choice of music venues, multi-screen cinemas, tennis courts, a leisure park, sports clubs, an ice rink, a swimming pool and bowling alleys.

The open countryside is also just a stone’s throw away, offering nature trails and opportunities for woodland walks and cycling.

House-hunters can ensure they have a chance of securing the final property available in the current phase at Limes Park by visiting the Sales Information Centre, located at 1 Peggs Way, Park Village, Basingstoke, RG24 9FX, and open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
