Everyone's welcome to an ‘open house’ event at Whitehill Meadows, in Blackpool next weekend.

Award-winning housebuilder Redrow is throwing open the doors to several of its new homes on Saturday, September 6 so would-be owners can appreciate their space, layout and quality finish.

A number of the homes will be opened up for viewing, including the largest design to feature on this development, the Sunningdale, which boasts a generous open plan kitchen/dining space, spacious lounge and separate ‘snug’ area for quiet relaxation. Two of its four bedrooms boast the luxury of an en-suite and it also includes an integral double garage.

The existing Canterbury, Salisbury and Stratford showhomes will still be available to explore, making it a bumper opportunity for people to go through the keyhole and discover if they could live in a house like this!

"It’s all about giving our customers choice,” said Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire. “And on September 6 there’ll be plenty of that available. Some of the homes are almost ready to move into so we’re inviting potential purchasers to come and look around as many different designs as possible. They’ll be able to get a really good feel for what life could be like in a brand new Redrow home and decide which layout best fits their lifestyle.

“We’ll also be able to discuss the various help on offer such as our own Mastermove scheme, which helps those with an existing property to sell to do so quickly and without fuss, with Redrow taking care of the estate agent’s fees.”

Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly and they will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day. All it takes is a small deposit of £50, which will be refunded upon completion.

Alternatively, Part Exchange may be available on selected new homes provided customers are selling a property that’s generally worth at least 35% less than the home they want to buy.

“If the price differential is suitable, we’ll effectively act as a cash buyer and buy their property so they can buy one of our brand new homes. It’s a quick and stress-free way to move without getting caught up in a complicated chain of other buyers and sellers,” Claire added.

Located on Lytham St Anne’s Way, Whitehill Meadows offers sought-after homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection; traditional on the outside, they’re bright, modern and full of family-friendly features inside.

The Open House event at Whitehill Meadows will take place from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, September 6.
