Oxfordshire property-seekers are being offered a fresh opportunity to discover their ideal home at Taylor Wimpey’s Great Western Park development in Didcot – thanks to the launch of a brand new phase at the development.

A new selection of beautiful three and four-bedroom houses has been released for sale by the leading housebuilder in response to significant demand from home-hunters in the area.

Stephanie Kehoe, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Judging by the interest we’re already receiving from prospective purchasers, this latest collection of properties looks set to repeat the fantastic success of previous phases of development at Great Western Park.

“With prices for the new three and four-bedroom homes starting from as little as £288,000, we don’t expect them to be available for long – so would-be buyers should act quickly if they hope to secure their perfect property in a superb location.”

The latest phase at Great Western Park includes a choice of three-bedroom detached, semi-detached and link-detached homes priced from £288,000, and four-bedroom detached and link-detached properties from £315,000.

The four-bedroom detached ‘Eskdale’, for example, is priced at £350,000 and benefits from a spacious triple-aspect lounge spanning the full depth of the property and opening through French doors to the private rear garden, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room with utility room.

A guest cloakroom can also be found off the entrance hallway while upstairs there’s an en-suite master bedroom, three further well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The ‘Eskdale’ comes complete with a garage and driveway parking outside and, like all new homes at Great Western Park, is completed to a high standard specification, including energy-efficient central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make choosing a new home at the development even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of incentives for purchasers in a variety of circumstances, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme and Part Exchange. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Great Western Park is conveniently located close to the vibrant town of Didcot, where homebuyers can enjoy a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, with all the amenities of Oxford city centre just 12 miles away.

Over time the new community will benefit from new primary and secondary schools, shops, community centres, a health centre, open spaces and play areas.

Commuters will enjoy easy access to the A34, which leads to the M4 and M40, while Didcot Parkway railway station offers regular services to London Paddington, with a journey time of around 40 minutes.

To be among the first to choose from the brand new phase of homes at Great Western Park, property-seekers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located in Sir Frank Williams Avenue, off the A4130, Didcot, OX11 6AB, and open daily from 10am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
