Home-hunters looking for a spacious three-bedroom house in Wiltshire are being offered the chance to secure their perfect property at West Point, Taylor Wimpey’s exciting new development at Ridgeway Farm in Swindon.

This exclusive collection of new homes includes a variety of beautiful three-bedroom property designs to suit purchasers in a wide range of circumstances.

The ‘Gosford’, priced from £218,000, would make an ideal choice for first-time buyers, while the ‘Easdale’ and the ‘Crofton’ are both for sale from £250,000 and have been thoughtfully designed to provide the space that growing families need.

Charlie Joseph, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our impressive new three-bedroom homes at West Point represent a fantastic opportunity for buyers looking to move on or up the property ladder.

“With terraced, semi-detached and detached three-bedroom designs available, there really is something for everyone and we have a choice of helpful homebuyer incentives to help make moving even easier and more affordable. However, eager purchasers have been quick to snap up their favourite plots from this wonderful collection, so I’d advise anyone hoping to join them to act now – or risk missing out!”

The three-bedroom ‘Crofton’, for example, features a generous living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to two well-proportioned bedrooms and a bathroom, while the en-suite master bedroom enjoys appealing seclusion on the top floor. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and parking.

Alternatively, two-bedroom coach houses are priced from as little as £160,000 at West Point, while five-bedroom houses are priced from just £325,000. A stunning selection of four-bedroom homes is also coming soon to the development.

Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives including Help to Buy, which enables first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to access a Government equity loan of 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Part Exchange, meanwhile, sees homeowners receive an agreed offer price for their existing property based on the average of independent professional valuations and, with Taylor Wimpey as their cash buyer, they can relax in their old place until their new home at West Point is ready to move into.

Located on the north-western fringes of Swindon, the new homes at Ridgeway Farm will benefit over time from a new primary school, fitness equipment, play areas and public open space.

A short drive from the development is Orbital Shopping Centre, boasting high street names such as Asda, Boots, Next, Marks & Spencer and New Look, while a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Swindon town centre.

Leisure facilities nearby include a cinema, a bowling alley and an ice rink at Shaw Ridge Leisure Park, while Mouldon Hill Country Park is close to home.

Parents will appreciate the good choice of schools nearby, including Brook Field Primary School, rated ‘good’ by Ofsted in its latest inspection.

The A419 is five miles away, offering easy access to the M4 and M5, while Swindon railway station provides direct services to London Paddington, Cardiff and Bristol.

To take their pick from the three-bedroom homes at West Point, property-seekers can visit the new Sales and Information Centre, off Common Platt, Purton, Swindon, which is now open daily from 11am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
