Brooklyn Bowl

Brooklyn Bowl London is set to launch its first cocktail menu, created by Tim Halilaj, to serve alongside its delicious Bourbon St Milkshake, Frozen Margaritas and craft beers from Meantime Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery.  The five new cocktails will showcase unique twists on classic vodka, gin, rum, brandy and bourbon cocktails. The Wythe Avenue is Brooklyn Bowl’s very own old fashioned with the added freshness of raspberries and a classic Collins is turned on its head with ginger and a Brooklyn Lager frothy top to create the Brooklyn Collins.

Brooklyn Bowl Cocktail Menu

Basilico – A refreshing Vodka cocktail with fresh lemon, basil and Crème du Mur

Brooklyn Collins – Gin shaken with ginger and lemon juice and topped with Brooklyn Lager

Wythe Avenue – Bourbon base with raspberry liqueur, fresh raspberries and cranberry juice

Cuban Mistress – Rum shaken with zingy passion fruit, pineapple and Passoa

The Sting – A brandy, lemon and fresh mint cocktail served straight up

Brooklyn Bowl London opened in January 2014 as a sister to the original Brooklyn Bowl New York, named the Best Music Venue in New York City by Zagat.  Situated within The O2 dome, it is a stone’s throw from London’s biggest arena for concerts and sporting events. With an 1000-capacity concert venue, 12 lanes of bowling and delicious food by renowned New York restaurateur Blue Ribbon, Brooklyn Bowl is the only venue of its kind in London.   Performance artists who have graced Brooklyn Bowl’s stage include Ms. Lauryn Hill, Pharrell Williams, Grandmaster Flash, The Dandy Warhols, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Galactic, Kygo, Norman Jay and We Are Scientists.

About Brooklyn Bowl:

Launched in New York in 2009 as a food and live music venue featuring 16 bowling lanes, Brooklyn Bowl NY has hosted a diverse range of acts including Kanye West, Elvis Costello, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Gossip, HAIM, Snoop Dogg, Guns’N’Roses, James Murphy, Adele, Paul Simon, Big Boi, Moby, N.E.R.D, Talib Kweli, and Solange. Named Zagat's "Best Music Venue – New York City" (as well as "Best Bowling Alley" and "Best Brooklyn Venue") and one of the best clubs in America by Rolling Stone, the original Brooklyn Bowl is located in the former Hecla Iron Works (built 1882) in Williamsburg and was the first L.E.E.D. certified bowling alley in the world. Eater described their menu as "epic," while the New Yorker hailed the club's unprecedented combination of top-flight music, beer, bowling, and food as "like nailing a spare on a four-ten split."  In March 2014, Brooklyn Bowl opened its third location, a 2,000 capacity venue with 32 lanes and food by Blue Ribbon in the centre of the Las Vegas Strip.  It was quickly voted Best Live Music Venue by Las Vegas Weekly and Seven Magazine readers and #1 New Las Vegas Venue for Meetings and Events by Bizbash.
