Taylor Wimpey is offering property-seekers the chance to grab themselves a great deal on their way home from work at its new homes developments in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

The leading housebuilder is holding special late-night event at its Great Western Park and Atrium developments in October, to allow would-be purchasers to drop in on their way home from work.

The event, which will see the Sales Information Centres remain open until 7pm on Thursday 23rd October, will allow visitors to find out more about a great offer available to customers who reserve a home at Great Western Park or Atrium before the end of 2014.

Reservations taken this year at either development will see Taylor Wimpey provide home-buyers with the details of an independent financial advisor and a solicitor and pay all legal fees and stamp duty associated with their purchase.

What’s more, visitors to the events will also be able to find out more about the Help to Buy scheme, which enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Nikki Gibson, Associate Sales and Marketing Director, says: “When you’re house-hunting, it can be hard to find enough time to visit a new homes development if you’re also trying to juggle work and your leisure time.

“So these late-night events provide the perfect opportunity to drop in to Atrium or Great Western Park on the way home from work, and find out more about the range of homes available, our incredible Help to Buy incentive and how reserving a place in 2014 can save them a significant amount of money!”

There’s a superb selection of properties ready to reserve in 2014 at Great Western Park, including three-bedroom houses priced from as little as £282,000 and four-bedroom designs from just £315,000.

Meanwhile at Atrium, two-bedroom coach houses are priced from only £215,000, two-bedroom houses are priced from £240,000, and three and four-bedroom designs are priced from £278,000 and £350,000 respectively.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy customers.

Late night opening takes place on Thursday 23rd October, between 5pm and 7pm at Great Western Park and Atrium.

Great Western Park is located off the A4130, Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, while the Atrium Sales Information Centre can be found off Wantage Road, Didcot. Both developments are open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays 1pm to 5pm).
