Oxfordshire house-hunters have a fantastic chance to grab themselves a great deal on the way home from work at Taylor Wimpey’s fabulous developments in Didcot.

The leading housebuilder is holding special late-night events at its Atrium and Great Western Park developments in November, to allow would-be buyers to drop in on their way home from work.

The Sales Information Centres will remain open at both developments until 8pm on Thursday 13th November and Thursday 20th November to allow visitors to find out more about a great offer available to customers who reserve a home before the end of 2014.

Taylor Wimpey has offered to provide homebuyers with the details of an independent financial advisor and a solicitor to anyone who reserves one of their stunning homes at either Atrium or Great Western Park this year. The leading housebuilder will also pay all legal fees and 1% stamp duty, up to £1,000 on any purchase made – a saving of thousands of pounds!

What’s more, visitors to the events will also be able to find out about the Help to Buy scheme, which enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Nikki Gibson, Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, says: “We all know how difficult it can be to take time off work to look around properties for sale, and that’s why we’re opening late in November at our developments in Didcot.

“People can come along on their way home from work, see for themselves the beautiful range of brand new properties we have available and find out how reserving a place in 2014 can save them a significant amount of money!”

There’s a superb selection of two, three and four-bedroom properties currently available to reserve at Atrium, with prices starting from as little as £240,000, while Great Western Park has a fantastic range of three and four-bedroom houses on sale from £280,000.

The three-bedroom ‘Easdale’ detached house, for example, is priced from just £290,000 at Atrium and boasts a spacious living room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/dining room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway. Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Alternatively, the four-bedroom ‘Kempsford’ is available from only £315,000 at Great Western Park and features a large living/dining room with French doors to the garden, with a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout. Upstairs there’s an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom. Both properties benefit from driveway parking and a garage.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy customers.

Late night openings will take place on Thursday 13th November and Thursday 20th November, between 5pm and 8pm at both Great Western Park and Atrium.

Great Western Park is located off the A4130, Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, while the Atrium Sales Information Centre can be found off Wantage Road, Didcot. Both developments are also open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays 1pm to 5pm).
