Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has responded to huge interest in The Chariots at Augusta Park, its sought-after development in Andover, Hampshire – by announcing the release of a fresh selection of stunning new homes.

Savvy house-hunters have been quick to reserve their pick of the plots in the current phase at The Chariots and now a brand new collection of properties is due to be released for sale.

This new phase, called Aventine at Augusta Park – after one of the seven hills on which ancient Rome was built – will comprise of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

With interest already running high in this fantastic development, property-seekers are being urged to register their interest without delay!

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The Chariots at Augusta Park continues to prove incredibly popular with a wide range of buyers, and so we’re delighted to be getting ready to open up even more wonderful opportunities for people to own a brand new home in this stunning location. Anyone interested in staking their claim at Aventine at Augusta Park should get in touch as quickly as they can to ensure they’re among the first to choose their favourite plot from this brand new collection!”

Detailed plans and prices for the new homes at Aventine at Augusta Park will be unveiled when the first plots are released for sale at late April/early May.

In the meantime, there is still a superb selection of four-bedroom properties to choose from in the current phase at The Chariots from £282,000.

Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives to make moving even easier and more affordable.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home, so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for customers who may want to take advantage of the scheme.

Augusta Park enjoys a prime position to the north of Andover town centre, with a new primary school, community centre, sports hall and playing fields to be constructed alongside the homes.

Nearby Winchester boasts a range of historic attractions and independent shops and boutiques, while a wider range of shops can be found in Basingstoke, a 15-mile drive away from home.

Andover railway station is a short distance from the development for regular services to Salisbury, Basingstoke and London Waterloo, while the M3 and M4 are each within 20 miles.
