Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has released a brand new collection of stunning properties which are now available to reserve at its popular Oakbrook development in Newton Leys, Buckinghamshire.

Property-seekers have been quick to snap up the wide variety of homes available at Oakbrook, and the new phase offers buyers the chance to choose from one and two-bedroom apartments, two and three-bedroom terraced houses and three-bedroom detached properties, with prices starting at just £155,000.

Prospective purchasers are urged to act quickly, as with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme also available at the development, demand for these new properties is expected to be high.

Christine Scarborough, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Oakbrook continues to be extremely popular with a wide range of buyers, and so we’re delighted to be unveiling a fresh selection of brand new properties that will allow even more people to find their ideal home in a great location.

“Due to the popularity of the development we advise any hopeful buyers to get in touch quickly and reserve their favourite plot, as we don’t expect these new homes will be available for long!”

The latest phase of homes on offer at Oakbrook includes a superb choice of designs to suit all buyers, from individuals and young couples to growing families.

The three-bedroom detached ‘Tildale’ (plot 1478) is priced at just £290,000, for example, and features a light and airy an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a dual-aspect living room, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a carport and driveway parking.

Alternative properties available at Oakbrook include one and two-bedroom ‘Larches’ apartments priced from just £155,000, the two-bedroom ‘Belford’ house from £229,500, and the three-bedroom ‘Dunton’ from £265,000.

To make moving to Oakbrook even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including the Help to Buy scheme. Under Help to Buy, eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan of up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Oakbrook lies just to the east of the village of Newton Longville, for a good selection of local amenities, and is just a few miles from the centre of Milton Keynes, which boasts more than 230 shops, cafés, restaurants and an outdoor market.

Parents will appreciate the wide choice of schools for children of all ages and further education colleges within easy reach of the development.

For commuters, the A5 and the M1 are just a few minutes’ drive from the development, while Luton Airport is only 25 miles away. Express services from Milton Keynes Central to Euston, meanwhile, put central London a little over half an hour away by train.

To find out more about the new phase of properties at Oakbrook, home-hunters can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off San Andreas Drive, Newton Leys, Milton Keynes, MK3 5GG, and open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
