A regional builder is bringing apartment living to an East Hampshire village following on from the success of a new housing development.

Charles Church South Coast created a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes at Horndean which proved very popular with buyers. However, with all of the houses now sold, the builder is now launching new apartments within the development.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to visit the development quickly as just 15 two-bedroom apartments are to be built at Gales Park, in Havant Road.

Mark Docherty, sales director for Charles Church South Coast, said: “Horndean is a charming village with a rich history and we were always quietly confident that this development would be popular and we were proved right.

“Now we are offering these stylish new apartments which will be ideal for first-time buyers, young professionals and investors. Plus with fantastic road and rail links, especially the A3 linking London and Portsmouth, Gales Park is ideal for commuters.

“There are many reasons why apartments appeal to people as they provide a great modern way of living. They can be much more cost effective than a house as heating a smaller home can save money on gas and electric bills. Plus, gardening is another major factor to consider. Most apartments don’t have private gardens, which means your weekends can be spent doing whatever you please rather than mowing lawns or planting bulbs.

“We would urge people to contact the sales office to register their interest as, with only 15 apartments being built, we think they will sell quickly.”

Priced from £179,995, each of the one and two bedroom apartments offers practical modern living accommodation and a parking space.
