The last home has been snapped up at a new development in Yateley offering luxury properties in stunning surroundings.

The Swan Lake View development by Bloor Homes has now been completely built and a new community is forming as buyers move into their brand new homes.

The 85-plot Hampshire site caused a huge buzz with buyers looking to buy into the executive lifestyle offered with these spacious homes.

Bloor Homes Regional Sales Director Kim Willcock, said: “Given the high quality of design that Bloor is renowned for, and the wonderful location at Swan Lake View, it is no surprise that these homes have been snapped up so quickly.

“We are now delighted to have finished construction so buyers can move into their brand new homes as soon as possible.”

Planning permission was granted in 2012 for the homes to be built at the stunning lakeside location with beautiful views.

Thanks to Swan Lake View, Bloor Homes will be providing boosts to local facilities via a section 106 planning agreement including a £69,083 donation to the local Strategic Access Management and Monitoring programme.

Bloor is also providing a Special Protection Area to allow three types of wild bird who nest near the site to continue to live there, and a Natural Green Space which will include an ‘off-lead’ area for owners to let their dogs roam around, a feature bridge and a child’s play area.

At least 13 plots of the 85 homes will also be released for much needed affordable housing.

Homeowners at Swan Lake View will find a range of fine-dining restaurants on their doorstep in the local area, including an offering from top celebrity chef Marco Pierre-White.

For those who enjoy the traditional, village shopping, there are a variety of farmers markets, farm shops, and village shops nearby.

All the homes at Swan Lake View have been snapped up, but Bloor Homes has also started building work at the nearby Bakers Place development in Woodley, which will offer a selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes. Homebuyers are urged to register their interest at bloorhomes.com to receive the latest information as it becomes available.
