Yamaha Break’s Free again at the Trafford Centre

11th August 2008 Print
Yamaha Break’s Free again at the Trafford Centre After a very successful Scooter Roadshow in Bristol, Yamaha went on the road again with Mobile Promotions for their final Motorshow@ event of the 2008 at Manchester’s Trafford Centre. As with the previous event in the South West, Yamaha once again wanted to promote the fantastic benefits of taking to two wheels.

Loading their promo truck with a wide selection from their scooter range along with a fleet of test ride units, the people of Manchester interested in reducing their journey times, carbon footprint and monthly bills were able to get a flavour of how exciting riding is under the tutelage of a BSM Motorcycle Training instructor.

In addition to the test ride feature and fantastic 2008 scooter display range, Yamaha again promoted their highly successful industry leading ‘Free Insurance’ & ‘Break Free’ campaigns alongside local Premier Exclusive dealer Sale Yamaha with the aim of encouraging people to realise the reduction in impact on the environment that switching from four to two wheels can have, including less time spent in congestion and reduced damage to roads.

Yamaha’s Marketing Co-ordinator Karl Radley had the final word, “We have had a great response to the road shows and ‘Break Free’ campaign. It’s really exciting to see that people are taking on board the benefits of swapping to a scooter or moped for their commute and we look forward to repeating it soon”.
