Keith Dixon Motorcycles wins Master of Customer Care Award

Yamaha The Yamaha Master of Customer Care Award for 2008 has been won by Keith Dixon Motorcycles of Accrington, Lancashire. This prestigious award is presented to the Yamaha Dealer that scores the highest on the Yamaha National Customer Satisfaction Index for both Sales and Service.

Keith and Diana Dixon received their award from YMUK’s Peter O’Connor, Divisional Manager, After Sales and Don Brown, Area Sales Manager (Northern Region) on Thursday 12th February at the Dealer’s premises.

Keith said “I am absolutely delighted to win this award; I am stunned and would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers for their great support over the years. I am particularly happy and proud as this award has also come in my 50th year of being in the trade! I believe honesty and making every effort to do our best for our customers has always set us in good stead. I would also like to say a big thank you to my whole Team who have made our business a success. They are equally over the moon about winning this award. Finally, I would like to thank Yamaha and all the staff at YMUK”.
