Location tops buyers’ wish lists and offering much more than a room with a view, new homes in Walton, Warrington, are in demand with those who don’t want to compromise on style, space or setting.

Ideally situated to enjoy the perfect blend of the quiet of the countryside and the cosmopolitan culture of nearby Stockton Heath, properties at Hall Gardens on Chester Road are attracting keen interest.

A third of the homes at the exclusive gated development have sold ‘off plan’, with properties benefitting from views over neighbouring farmland proving particularly popular. With a show home soon to open, Elan Homes is encouraging potential purchasers not to delay.

“Hall Gardens truly does offer the best of both worlds and is the ideal solution for those who don’t want to compromise between town and country,” says Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North.

“Several homes enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and it’s these properties that have been snapped up first, although we do still have some homes with stunning views available. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are only a 15 minute walk away in nearby Stockton Heath, plus the motorway network is easily accessible making it an ideal base for commuters.”

Five-bedroom detached designs at Hall Gardens are currently available from £514,995. Selected properties are available with pre-show home move-making incentives such as stamp duty paid and flooring throughout. Alternatively homeowners may be able to part exchange their current property for a brand new home.

Designed with modern living in mind, the homes at Hall Gardens include family friendly features including open plan layouts with combined kitchen, dining and family rooms. In some stamp house styles there are two en-suites to complement the family bathroom, while in others the master bedroom has an en-suite with two bedrooms sharing a shower room and the family bathroom serving the remaining bedrooms.

“The homes at Hall Gardens enjoy a superb specification that’s befitting of the setting,” Marie adds.

“As those who have already reserved are already discovering, a key advantage of buying ‘off plan’ at an early build stage is that they can select from a range of interior options and specification choices to help make their home individual to them. These include kitchen units and work tops, bathroom tiles, and other added extras that all add up to make a house a home.”

The homes at Hall Gardens are currently being sold ‘off plan’ via a sales office open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. For more information, see elan-homes.co.uk/hall-gardens.
