Housebuilder unveils latest designs at Picket Twenty

A regional housebuilder is expecting high levels of interest in new homes being released for sale at a popular development in Andover.

The latest phase being created by Persimmon Homes at Picket Twenty - The Paddocks Twenty One – is a collection of apartments and houses in a variety of new designs to suit a wide range of buyers.

A selection of properties has now been released for sale, priced from £165,995 for a two bedroom apartment.

Mark Docherty, sales director for Persimmon Homes said: “Judging by the popularity of previous phases we expect a lot of people will want to reserve these new homes at The Paddocks Twenty One off-plan, as many have already expressed an interest in living in Andover.

“This latest phase offers one and two bedroom apartments and houses from one to five bedrooms, so there really is something for everyone here.

“The development is ideal for those with who like to live near the great outdoors, but also want the convenience of excellent local amenities, good schools and lots of leisure space.”

Mark added: “We have a number of packages to assist people looking to move, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which enables people to purchase a new home with just a five per cent deposit.

“Those with an existing property to sell can ask us about or Part Exchange and Home Change schemes, which aim to save the buyer time and money.”
