Aspiring homeowners are being offered a fantastic chance to leave renting behind and secure their dream home with Taylor Wimpey – for less than they might have imagined.

The leading housebuilder has a wide range of great-value new homes available to reserve across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire – and with interest rates remaining at an all-time low and house prices forecast to rise in 2017, now is the right time to buy.

What’s more, the Help to Buy scheme is available, enabling eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit of as little as 5%.

With Help to Buy, those who take this great opportunity to step on the property ladder will find they can choose from a wider range of more competitive mortgage deals – and may well discover that they end up paying less each month in mortgage repayments than they were in rent.

Nikki Gibson, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, says: “Using Help to Buy to purchase one of our high-quality homes makes stepping onto the property ladder even easier and more affordable for those already paying rent.

“Instead of throwing their money away each month to simply line their landlords’ pockets, we can help renters to make an investment in their own futures by choosing from our superb range of properties on offer across the region.”

Help to Buy is available with new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

Taylor Wimpey is building new homes at the following developments across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire:

Sapphire Fields at Great Western Park, Didcot
Brunel Rise at Great Western Park, Didcot
Greenfields at Ridgeway Farm, Swindon
Longford Park, Banbury
Morland Gardens, Abingdon
Thame Park, Thame
The Pastures, Marcham
