House-hunters in Buckinghamshire will soon have a fresh opportunity to snap up their dream home at Taylor Wimpey’s Mayberry Place, with a new phase of homes coming soon at this sought-after development in Aylesbury.

The leading local housebuilder is preparing to release another exciting collection of stunning new properties later this spring, which will consist of two-bedroom apartments as well as two, three, four, and five-bedroom houses.

It’s the first time in a while that apartments have been available at the development and they are not expected to be on the market for long.

Jack Costello, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re incredibly excited about the upcoming launch of our new collection of homes at Mayberry Place in Aylesbury.

“The development has already been a big hit with home-hunters and this next phase is set to be very popular, with a fantastic choice of properties that will cater for buyers in a range of circumstances.

“I’d advise anyone hoping to secure one of the new homes at this wonderful development to get in touch without delay for the best chance of reserving their pick of the plots when they are released for sale!”

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a variety of circumstances, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%. The scheme is available with new-build homes up to £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for Help to Buy purchasers.

Mayberry Place forms part of Aylesbury’s stunning new Berryfields community which will comprise community facilities and employment opportunities alongside more than 3,000 homes. Two state-of-the-art schools, for primary and secondary-age pupils, opened in 2013, and there are also plans for a second primary school.

A local centre will include a food store and ten other smaller shops, while acres of green open spaces, including a riverside park area, will also feature 13 equipped play areas for families to enjoy. A community centre provides a focal point for the residents of the new homes and a new health centre is also planned.

To find out more about the new homes coming soon at Mayberry Place, property-seekers should visit the Sales Information Centre, located at 3 Moorcroft Lane, Aylesbury, HP18 0UR, and open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5.30pm (Mondays from 2pm to 5.30pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
