LDV Maxus clearly the best for Anglian Windows LDV’s MAXUS van is proving to be a clear winner for Anglian Home Improvements with the order of 40 new vans worth over £750,000 at showroom prices.

The UK’s leading home improvements company has ordered 40 LDV MAXUS 3.5 tonne vehicles as part of its ongoing fleet replacement programme.

Anglian offers a range of home improvement products and services, from double glazing windows and doors to conservatories and guttering. The nationwide company required a versatile and spacious van to handle this extensive product range.

The new long wheel base, extra high roof vans will transport window and door units across the UK. The vehicles are fitted with external glass frails for over sized glazing panels.

Michael Shepherd, Anglian Windows fleet manager, says it’s good to be back working with LDV. “Nationally we operate a fleet of 1,700 vehicles. With an annual turnover of £300 million, it’s paramount that the vehicles are durable and reliable. We have worked with LDV before, having previously operated 1000 Convoys.

“We know from experience that their dealer network is the best in the business, with the MAXUS offering class leading payload and excellent driver acceptance.
LDV’s professional service and factory backup has made the fleet transition effortless.”

Mark Vivian, LDV’s national fleet sales manager added: “Our MAXUS range continues to go from strength to strength, and it’s great that we’re once again working with a previous customer.”
