Triumph Motorcycles opens new flagship store in Birmingham

11th April 2008 Print
Triumph Motorcycles is proud to announce the opening of its flagship store at Birmingham’s Trident Retail Park, Watery Lane. Able to display more than 75 motorcycles and a huge range of clothing and accessories, the 840m2 store is one of Triumph’s largest outlets in the world. It offers a great opportunity for customers to see the full range of Triumph bikes and gear all under one roof.

Designed to the latest ‘Triumph World’ retail standards this stylish store is the second venture with Triumph Motorcycles by Northampton-based motor group Autohaus Ltd. “We opened our first motorcycle store, Pure Triumph, in Wellingborough three years ago,” said Managing Director, Adrian Pulford, “and when the opportunity came to open this flagship store in Birmingham, we jumped at it.”

Mike Gething, Brand Manager of the new store, has a wealth of experience in the retail motorcycle industry and has found a team of like-minded people to deliver the very best levels of service to Birmingham customers.

“The store is awesome of course,” says Mike, “but we’re only as good as our people and we mean to impress with our customer experience right from the start”.

Customers are invited to the official opening of Triumph Birmingham, which will take place on the evening of 24th April 2008. Hosted by Steve Parrish, the BBC motorsport commentator and former racer, there will be many special attractions including guest appearances by the Triumph Embassy race team, custom Triumph motorcycles on display, a fashion show of the 2008 range of clothing (with 10% off all clothing) and great prizes in a free draw. “I hope that our launch party will set the scene for many years of success with Triumph in Birmingham,” said Adrian Pulford, “and I am sure everyone who attends will remember it for quite a while!”
