e-GoodManners for Bikes to support Triumph dealers

19th August 2008 Print
e-GoodManners, the UK’s leading automotive sales lead management company and part of Manheim Retail Services, has developed a motorbike-specific system to support Triumph dealers both in the UK and internationally. Following an initial trial period with six dealers, e-GoodManners for Bikes has now been adopted as Triumph’s preferred lead management system and will be introduced to the rest of the UK dealer network with the potential for expansion into international markets.

e-GoodManners for Bikes enables dealer staff to manage bike enquiries by data capturing showroom and telephone traffic, which encourages best practice in the sales process, including the follow-up of every customer entered into the system. This results in increased levels of test rides and subsequent potential increase in sales. Key features of the system include a full contact management suite that ensures constant, effective contact with prospects and produces valuable reports from sales analysis to marketing effectiveness.

Commenting on the success of the trial period, Andrew Wood, Managing Director of Woods Motorcycles of Abergele said: “We are totally committed and fully believe in the e-GoodManners system and as a motorcycle dealer I don’t know how we managed before. The records are clear and concise and the staff like using it”.

Alan Hazelhurst, Managing Director of e-GoodManners added: “We’re delighted to have been chosen as preferred supplier by Triumph and I’d like to think that this is testimony to both the quality and ease of use of our market leading sales lead management system. We look forward to working closely with Triumph dealers in the near future to ensure that they are getting maximum value out of the system to drive increased profits for their businesses”.
