e-GoodManners for Bikes expands into Middle East

24th September 2008 Print
e-GoodManners, the UK’s leading automotive sales lead management company and part of Manheim Retail Services is expanding its activities in the Middle East following the signing of contracts with Harley-Davidson dealers in Bahrain, Dhahran, Jeddah, Kuwait, Qatar and Riyadh.

e-GoodManners is successfully rolling out its newly developed motorbike-specific sales lead management tool to support Harley-Davidson dealers in the UK. The tool enables dealer staff to manage bike enquiries by providing data capture of showroom and telephone traffic, which encourages best practice in the sales process, including the follow-up of every customer entered into the system. This results in increased levels of test rides and subsequent potential increase in sales. Key features of the system include a full contact management suite that ensures constant, effective contact with prospects and produces valuable reports from sales analysis to marketing effectiveness.

Alan Hazelhurst, Managing Director of e-GoodManners added: “The introduction of our established sales lead management system to the Harley-Davidson dealer network in the UK and selected overseas markets is already paying dividends. Harley-Davidson dealers who have signed up in recent months are already experiencing incremental sales. The expansion of our support for Harley-Davidson dealers in the Middle East is evidence that e-GoodManners for Bikes does add value and can be implemented anywhere in the world. ”

More than 75% of Harley-Davidson dealers in the UK have now signed-up to e-GoodManners for Bikes, which is already established in Harley-Davidson dealers in Ireland and South Africa. A pilot programme will also to be set up in Australia.
