From this weekend, 3 customers will be able to take advantage of a new text-focused price plan, as 3’s Direct Text 675 launches.

This new entry-level price plan from 3 offers customers 600 texts and 75 anytime, any network minutes for just £15 per month for life – making it the perfect deal for customers who prefer to keep in touch with friends and family by text.

The price plan is available on a range of free 3G handsets including the Sony Ericsson K610i and Z610i, LG U400 and LG U880. New customers to 3 will also be able to take advantage of free Windows Live Messenger, eBay and free news, sport and weather updates for life.

Direct Text 675 follows on from the launch of Video Talk 500, a talk-based price plan from 3 that offers users 500 anytime, any network minutes for £15 per month for life.
