Power of 3
Just follow the 3 routines, which focus on the legs and bums, upper body and abdominals and include fat burning intervals. Do this 3 times a week and combine with eating 3 healthy, balanced meals a day to help you become fitter and more toned.
My Three 30-Minute Workouts
Each workout only takes 30 minutes, which is only an hour and a half of exercise a week! The workouts include:
Pump - works the muscles really hard and includes small but intensive interval training sessions.
Cardio Box - is exhaustingly brilliant but great fun to do as it combines intensive cardiovascular exercise with boxing moves.
Core Stability - concentrates on poise, posture, and balance, which can have a huge impact on your overall health and wellbeing. Did you know that just by standing up straight and holding your body correctly can immediately make you look slimmer?
