A quick-fix for brides-to-be
West London-based fitness consultancy Beez Kneez has launched Platinum Brides, a realistic, affordable programme that guarantees fabulous hair, skin and body for brides-to-be, with no gym and no dieting. The programme is individually tailored to each bride and is being launched to coincide with the National Wedding Show on 28th September at Earls Court Exhibition Centre.
The three-part countdown to the big day includes:
- Fast Fitness Plan – Done in the home or park and consisting of simple exercises for the best abs ever, toned arms and pert bum
- Beauty Food Plan – A delicious, easy-to-follow plan to have the bride glowing with health in her wedding photos
- De-Stress Plan – Easy steps to get rid of stress whilst organising the wedding
Each bride’s programme is prepared after individual consultation but the ideal length is eight weeks. No workout is longer than 30 minutes and there is no ‘faddy’ food preparation, so the programme need not distract the bride in the hectic run-up to the big day.
Beez Kneez director Victoria Warr says: “The average cost of a wedding is now about £20,000 and brides spend between £500 and £5,000 on the dress alone, as well as £500 to £3,000 on their photographs. This is a tiny investment in comparison.
“Every bride needs three things: someone to help her manage her stress; someone to take the hassle out of achieving the body beautiful and finding or following a fitness regime; and someone to devise a realistic food plan for shiny hair and glowing skin. By following our simple suggestions, any bride can look fabulous on the biggest day of her life.”
The ‘Platinum Brides’ programme is available for all brides-to-be resident in West London and costs from £475 a month for 16 x 30 minute fitness sessions (at client’s location), 4 nutrition sessions and 2 non-sweat coaching sessions. The first consultation, worth £65, is free.
