Davina’s High Energy Five includes 5 individual 20 minute exercise routines:

2. Legs
3. Pump
4. Abdominals
5. Boxing
Cool Down
The workouts are simple but effective and great for fat burning. All five workouts can be done sequentially but if you are restricted on time then do two, working out to your maximum capacity. The workouts really focus on classic ‘problem areas’; the legs workout incorporates lunges, squats and knee lifts, there are intensive abs exercises to achieve that perfect toned tum, pump workouts tone upper arms and a hardcore boxing programme to achieve improved fitness levels.
Having a hectic lifestyle can make finding time to exercise seem impossible, but it’s not. Davina’s workouts have been created with the help of her very own personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren and suit all ages and levels of fitness.
