Shimmying its way to the number one spot is Strictly Come Dancersize, this year's best selling fitness DVD which sold on average over a 100 copies an hour last week.

Close to selling 100,000 units, this dance based fitness DVD has waltzed ahead of its competitors including Rosemary Conley and Natalie Cassidy.

Strictly Come Dancing has created dance fever all over the country, and now it is possible to re-create the renowned steps at home whilst keeping fit. In Strictly Come Dancersize Erin Boag and Karen Hardy take you through 5 energetic dances: the Salsa, Jive, Quick Step, Samba and The Cha Cha Cha.
