Start your day the kiwi way

The smooth-peeled, Sunrise red kiwi is grown in China from October to January.
How do you eat yours?
You can either eat this super juicy kiwi like an egg with a spoon; peeled and sliced; or like an apple – peel and all! The peel of the Sunrise kiwi is smooth and which makes it great for eating on the go and has the added bonus of giving you even more fibre than a standard kiwi.
Red kiwi fruits are also a good source of Anthocyanins, which are known to be anti-carcinogenic and have anti-ageing properties. These anti-oxidants are not present in other common fruits.
Ethno-botanist James Wong explains: “The red colour in this kiwi is due to anthocyanins, which combined with the already sky-high vitamin C content of these kiwis makes them absolutely bursting with anti-oxidants.”
