New ways to five a day

According to a report this week by the Food Standards Agency, Brits are still failing to eat enough fruit and vegetables. Just 58% per cent of consumers are eating the recommended five portions a day yet 78% are aware that we should be eating our 5-A-Day. Constantly thinking of how to incorporate vegetables into mealtimes can be difficult but there are lots of delicious ways with veg if you think beyond the obvious.
