A new diet for 2009 Leading fitness expert Simon Lovell has developed a simple, credit-crunch defying plan that focuses on what you eat between your normal breakfast and normal dinner. Simply fill a lunch box with a delicious combination of vegetables, lean meat and fish and ‘graze’ throughout the day. You’ll feel fresh, vibrant, slimmer and full of energy in as little as 7 days.

Simon’s quick and delicious Lunch Box combinations will control your hunger and sugar levels throughout the day. So as well as feeling energised, you’ll soon see the weight come off and stay off.

The Lunch Box Diet started as a simple plan created by personal trainer and nutritional advisor Simon Lovell, for his clients. It quickly spread to their friends and family, who wanted to know more about the diet plan. Simon then on demand created a website to sell the e-book and very quickly it became an internet phenomenon during summer 2008. As a result of the huge internet success and spreading fan base across the world, the publisher Harper Collins fought to buy the rights to publish Simon's first book.

The diet is based on having one big lunch box (starting with a 3-5 litre box, then going smaller as you get used to it, but filling it with a set mix of delicious veggies like sugar snap peas, sweet red pepper, carrots, etc, then some protein like marinade grilled chicken, mixed up with a set amount of sauce like humous or salsa to make it all taste really good. Then the secret is to eat from the box a handful or two every hour, to feel satisfied, but not full. The blood sugar stays stable and the metabolism is kick started to burn fat. People report high energy from this diet, and the suggested recipe combinations are superb for glowing skin, hair and nails.

The days of calorie-counting, feeling hungry and overeating are over – join the Lunch Box revolution!

The Lunch Box Diet book is released on January 5th 2009.
