Rutherford House lounge Award winning developer Banner Homes has just launched a stunning new show apartment at Rutherford House, its new development on Packhorse Road, located in the pretty residential area of Gerrards Cross. Such was the demand for good quality apartments in the area; already over fifty per cent of the properties have been reserved.

Rutherford House will comprise ten two-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom duplexes. Shelley West, Sales Director for Banner Homes Central, comments: “Banner Homes is delighted to be back in Gerrards Cross building quality apartments. Rutherford House is superbly located for commuter links via the A40, giving access to the M25 and M40. The quality of the homes combined with the fantastic location means that the development is appealing to a diverse range of purchasers ranging from young professionals to downsizers.”

“Judging by the high turnout and the customer feedback when the show apartment opened, this development is exactly what the market needs. We have already reserved eight of the properties and have strong interest on the remaining. I would recommend that anyone interested comes down to the development sooner rather than later.”

The apartments feature the Banner hallmarks of top design and high quality. Each spacious apartment at Rutherford House will feature a designer kitchen, the latest integrated appliances, stylish white bathrooms and en-suites, beautiful ceramic tiling and excellent storage facilities. Every apartment will also benefit from allocated parking in the secure, gated basement car park, which can be accessed by the lift from all floors.
