Developer’s delight in Deanshanger

31st October 2007 Print
Developer’s delight in Deanshanger From the word go Charles Church’s Kingsbrook Mews development in Deanshanger was a developer’s dream. 60% of properties sold on the weekend of the launch back in June, the show home opened to members of the public at the start of September and now only two properties remain! What more could a housebuilder ask for?

Anyone who was fortunate to visit the development will know why it was so successful. And those who have bought there are probably glad that they did! An intimate development of just 14 homes, Kingsbrook Mews had all of the ingredients to make the perfect recipe. Once again Charles Church combined location, product and specification to produce a winning formula!

The traditional village of Deanshanger in Northamptonshire, complemented by its village green, local pubs and thatched cottages, offered a great location for purchasers. The variety of homes available – from two to four bedrooms – were all sympathetically designed with the end product being an aspirational range of traditionally styled homes which complemented their surroundings. And, with all homes featuring Neff appliances and integrated fridge/freezers and dishwashers in the state-of-the-art kitchens and white Sottini sanitaryware in the bathrooms, the specification was second to none.

Prices at Kingsbrook Mews range from £399,995 and £409,995. To see what all the fuss is about, visit Charleschurch.com.
