Countryside Properties scoops award

Countryside Properties Plc has received two awards for Cliveden Village at the 2007 What House? Awards. Cliveden Village was awarded the Silver prize in the Best Sustainable Development category and the Bronze prize for Best Luxury Development.

The award-winners were decided following appraisal of hundreds of new property developments by a panel of judges comprised of experts in the industry, ranging from architects to journalists. The What House? Awards are Britain’s oldest and most respected residential property awards. Widely known as the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry, the awards are now in their 26th year, and continue to raise the bar for quality new homes.

These awards prove Countryside Properties can triumph within the two diverse categories of the fiercely competitive luxury market and sustainable arena of the property world.
