Loudwater apartments sail off plan says Linden Linden Homes Chiltern is selling a record number of apartments at some of its key developments across the Chiltern region, with many selling off plan, as soon as they are put on the market.

One of Linden’s newest developments, The Highfields in Loudwater, sold three out of the 16 plots, off plan in the first two weeks alone, proving demand for good quality homes in sought after locations is still high.

Helen Todd, Sales & Marketing Director of Linden Homes Chiltern, said: “Loudwater is becoming an increasingly affluent area, reflecting its accessibility to London in addition to the extra space money can buy in the suburbs compared to central London locations.

“The Highfield’s location is ideal for commuters with High Wycombe station just 3.5 miles away providing fast and frequent links into London in just under 40 minutes.

“Suggestions that an excess of new build apartments over recent years has led to faltering demand are unfounded in our area. Demand for good quality well located apartments, has remained high with huge interest in our latest development in Loudwater, proving that there are still buyers looking for these types of homes.”

Highfields is a select development of one and two bedroom apartments benefiting from excellent communication links via the M40 and M25 motorways. The development is also within easy reach of Beaconsfield and High Wycombe town centres.

The sales and marketing suite is open Thursday - Monday 9am - 4pm. Prices start at £189,950.
