Show apartment to open at Barratt’s Huntercombe Court Barratt Thames Valley will open a striking two bedroom show apartment at its Huntercombe Court development in Bath Road, near Taplow in April. Prospective buyers will have to be quick to secure a new home at this popular address.

Already more than half the apartments have been sold off-plan, without the benefit of a showhome. Barratt is also offering its special Dream Start deal to first time buyers interested in the apartments.

Huntercombe Court is located less than a mile from junction 7 of the M4, on the border of Burnham between Slough and Maidenhead, in Berkshire. The scheme offers an impressive collection of 75 new homes, both apartments and houses; all but one of the houses are now sold.

The Dream Start scheme, now available on a limited number of two bedroom apartments, allows first time buyers to move into a brand new Barratt home for only 75 per cent of the purchase price, while still owning a full 100 per cent of the property. There is no deposit to pay and Barratt will include carpets. No interest or rent is payable on the 25 per cent deferred, which is paid back as 25 per cent of the property’s open market value at any time up to the resale of the property or within ten years, whichever is sooner.

Michael O’Leary, managing director of Barratt Thames Valley, says: “The Dream Start scheme is proving very successful and buyers who take advantage of this excellent offer could find themselves moving in to their first home at Huntercombe Court as early as June this year.”

Huntercombe Court is ideally located for those who need easy access to London and the M4, M40 and M25 motorways. Burnham railway station is less than a mile away and Slough station, also nearby, offers direct rail services to London Paddington with a journey time of around 20 minutes.

Slough and Maidenhead offer a wide choice of shops and the area is well served when it comes to leisure opportunities. Golfers are spoilt with more than ten courses within ten miles of the development. The Montem Leisure centre has an excellent range of sporting facilities. The Royal Borough of Windsor is less than three miles away.

Ready to move into, the last remaining townhouse has six bedrooms, four car-parking spaces and is priced £454,950. Prices for two bedroom apartments start from £233,950.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday, from 11am to 6pm, or visit Barratthomes.co.uk.
