New phase released at flagship Milton Keynes development The next phase at Gladedale’s exciting Redhouse Park development on the borders of Newport Pagnell and Milton Keynes is set to be released on Saturday 12th April.

Just four plots will become available to buy at The Crescent, a traditional, Regency-style terraced building comprising eight three storey four bedroom townhouses, each with their own garage. Prices at The Crescent start at £285,000.

The Crescent is the latest phase in the five-year £100 million project by Gladedale and is one of the area’s most significant developments in recent years.

The award-winning developer has experienced high demand for the homes, months ahead of the launch, which has resulted in a long waiting list for information.

Sales and Marketing Director for Gladedale (South East) Ltd, Elaine Dufaur, said: “The Crescent has attracted a great deal of interest ahead of the launch which is testament to the high standard of specification the homes will be built to. These Victorian inspired townhouses are extremely rare in this area and we expect demand for these properties to be high.

“The Crescent is in a particularly well-positioned part of the development, overlooking a vast public open space which affords spectacular views and has a tranquil atmosphere.”

Bordered by popular nature spot Linford Lakes, Redhouse Park will feature a total of 455 homes comprising a mix of traditional and contemporary one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom houses, three and four bedroom detached homes and three and four bedroom townhouses.

Located off Wolverton Road, the homes are being built on the former Rocla pipework factory, breathing life back into land that has been derelict for almost 30 years.

Many of the homes will have useful and distinctive elements such as balconies, porches, bay and feature windows. Gladedale is also incorporating high environmental standards on the development, including energy saving features such as solar roof panels to heat the water supply.

Retaining the area’s natural beauty, Gladedale will keep the public bridleway open which runs along the western edge close to Linford Lakes and there will be access to it from the development.

Natural banks and hollows in the land will be incorporated into Redhouse Park and existing trees will be augmented with new planting.

Elaine added: “We’ve worked hard to ensure the development blends in gently with the area’s natural beauty and given it’s just a few miles from the busy town centre, homeowners here will have the best of both worlds.”

Prices at Redhouse Park start at £165,000.
