Gladedale’s Cotton Place sells out Gladedale’s Cotton Place development has now completely sold out, with buyers getting ready to move into their new apartments this month. Despite concerns about the downturn of the property market, the regeneration of the Micklesfield Inn in High Wycombe into 16 contemporary apartments has been a tremendous success for the Home Counties region of leading developer Gladedale.

The development has proved extremely popular with buyers and offered excellent value for money in the highly competitive property market.

Vicki Noon, sales director for Gladedale Home Counties, said:

“The success of Cotton Place is definitely a turn against the tide in the current property market and I am delighted that it has sold so well, so quickly.

“The excellent location and definite value for money have no doubt been the biggest factors in its popularity and we hope to replicate its success in other areas we are building.”

Gladedale is one of Britain’s largest private housebuilder and the sixth biggest in the UK, with sites across the Home Counties.
