100% of residents recommend living at Oxley Woods

Every resident surveyed at the Oxley Woods development in Milton Keynes would recommend the environmentally friendly new homes. In the survey, by leading housebuilder George Wimpey South Midlands, new residents at the award-winning development were asked for their opinions on their homes and their neighbourhood.

And the overwhelming response is that they love the stylish new properties, eco-friendly features and street scene design - and would certainly recommend life at Oxley Woods to friends and family.

Among their reasons for this are:

The survey also found that Oxley Woods is attracting buyers over a range of ages, with the many of the new residents surveyed being first-time buyers.

Popular housetypes among the 25 residents who took part in the survey include the three-bedroom Type C, the three-storey, three-bedroom Type G, and the three-storey, four-bedroom Type H design.

The Type H, for example, is a delightful detached property with balconies to the first and second floors, a cloakroom/utility, a living room, two bathrooms and gated access with secure parking.
