Buckinghamshire buyers prove undeterred Homebuyers in Buckinghamshire appear undeterred by the current climate, as Linden Homes reports a sell out success at its sought after development, The Grange in Farnham Royal. Since the first phase of the 36, two, three and four bedroom homes went on sale in June last year, the housebuilder has received unprecedented demand from buyers, keen to secure a home at the popular development.

The homes have attracted families and young professionals alike, with their picturesque village setting, close proximity to good schools and excellent transport links proving a winning formula.

Helen Todd, Sales and Marketing Director, Linden Homes, Chiltern, comments:

"The homes at Farnham Royal were extremely popular from the outset, with buyers able to combine the best of both worlds - the convenience of a home within commuting distance of the Capital, with all the trappings of village life. The development has proved particularly popular with families, attracted by its proximity to the area's excellent schools and the vast number of parks and open countryside.

"Since the launch of phase two in May this year, which comprised an additional five, family homes we have experienced a further surge of interest, with three of the homes already sold."

Buckinghamshire, which was previously ranked as the top county in the Halifax Quality of Life Survey, has always proved a popular area with homebuyers. Demand for homes in the Chiltern region has remained strong, demonstrating that properties in highly sought after locations are still selling.

Just two homes remain at this hugely popular development: The Manor Houses, two, five bedroom, large detached family homes, with prices stating from £799,950. Part Exchange is available on both the remaining homes.
