Family 'swap' their selling woes for a new

Family 'swap' their selling woes for a new Redrow@Broughton Manor has welcomed its first residents who are delighted with the decision to ‘exchange' their old property for a brand new Redrow home.

After struggling to sell their existing dwelling, Lynsey and Paul Lindsay, thought the move to a bigger house was a long way off. However help was on hand from the award winning housebuilder, who stepped in and bought the couple's property using its part exchange incentive - allowing them to make the move with their two children to its Broughton Manor development, off Newport Road, Broughton.

Stay at home mum, Lynsey, 28, says: "With two young children, Paul and I were desperate for more living space, and our new home at Broughton Manor more than fits the bill.

"Actually before moving here we went after a different property at another development in the area which fell through when we couldn't sell our one. However, although we were initially disappointed, it has turned out to be a blessing in disguise; we've found a home at Broughton Manor that's much bigger and less money.

"Also the service we received from Redrow was faultless. The part-exchange option took all the strain away and allowed us to just pack our belongings and move - allowing us to forget the stress of trying to sell up."

Lynsey, accountant Paul and their children, are now happily settled in their spacious three-storey ‘Tower' home, which was a one-off housetype at Broughton Manor. It features a kitchen, separate dinning room and study on the ground floor and a lounge, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The top floor is home to the master bedroom - complete with ensuite - and two further bedrooms.

With its stylish properties and desirable location on the edge of Broughton village, buyers looking to swap their current home for one at Redrow @ Broughton Manor, are sure to be making a good move.

As well as being well positioned near to the countryside and Broughton Linear Park, the development is also situated just minutes away from Milton Keynes and all its amenities. Also, London Euston is only a 37 minute train journey from Milton Keynes station - making it the perfect choice for city workers wanting a home away from the rat race.

Buyers can currently choose between a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes. Prices begin at £220,000 for the three-bedroom Euxton and reach to £429,995 for the five-bedroom, detached Hampton.
