And then there were two...

And then there were two... It's the end of an era for Persimmon Homes Thames Valley in High Wycombe as there are just two unique properties available at the company's popular development, Francis Mews.

"Since the launch of our High Wycombe development, just a few months ago, we have seen an influx of househunters all eager to secure their dream home in this beautiful town," states Karen Howard, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Thames Valley.

She adds: "Our three bedroom Berrington end terraced housetype and the sizeable two bedroom Colby coach house make up the last remaining plots on the price list, which incidentally are two of the best plots at the development."

Take for example the spacious Colby coach house, priced from £189,950. This design not only includes two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with separate shower area, but also a grand open plan living area with adjacent kitchen.

Karen adds: "The coach house really has to be seen to be believed and the lucky purchaser will be able to make the most of the spacious interior and exterior as the design includes balcony and large casement window."

Karen concludes: "The properties at Francis Mews haven't failed to impress househunters, which is why I'm confident these last remaining homes won't be on the price list for much longer."

Situated on the Southfield Road off Plomer Hill in Downley, Francis Mews is an exclusive development of just 18 homes.
