Aylesbury family move their roost to Chrysalis

Dick, a sales director for local firm RTS Ltd, and Diane, an early years consultant, moved to Aylesbury 30 years ago to get on the property ladder and start a family. Dick explains: “We had been renting in Harrow, and realised we wouldn’t be able to afford to buy a home around that area so settled on Aylesbury where prices were more affordable.
“Three decades later we now have three grown children who are at university and in work, so are no longer living permanently with us at home. We didn’t want to downsize, as we still needed enough room for them all to stay over for the main holidays, but rather needed an adjustment in our living space.
“We heard about the new homes at Buckingham Park, so visited all three companies building there. From the outset, Bryant Homes’ staff were the most helpful. Working in sales myself, I appreciated how friendly and honest the staff at Chrysalis were, and this really helped seal the deal for us.”
The couple chose a Weedon home at Chrysalis, with three reception rooms on the ground floor, stylish fitted kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with en-suite and three further bedrooms. Dick added: “Our move went smoothly, so we were able to make the finishing personal touches and settle in very quickly. We are now enjoying our lovely new home and getting to know our new neighbours.”
Neil Simpson, regional sales and marketing director for Bryant Homes, commented: “Chrysalis has proven very popular with purchasers, who are attracted by the stylish range of new homes at this desirable development. We have a number of great incentives currently available, so why not visit us and see how we can get you moving.”
Located just minutes from the centre of Aylesbury, Chrysalis boasts a beautiful selection of three and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £224,995.
Chrysalis benefits from a great range local amenities close by including shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Aylesbury has a number of good local schools that cater for all ages including St. Louis Catholic and St. Edwards Church of England Schools, Aylesbury Grammar School and Mandeville Upper School.
