Friends move house without the stress

For friends Elliot and Robert, moving home this year was “quick, fast and hassle free.” The pair used Part Exchange to help them sell their old home and buy a brand new home with Antler Homes at Borlase Gardens in Marlow.

The ease of Part Exchange meant they didn’t even have to put their old property on the market, or face the expense of HIPs and estate agent fees, as this was taken care of by Antler Homes. Elliot said: “We didn’t even need to try to sell our old house, which was appealing as we know properties have been harder to sell recently. Using Part Exchange worked really well for us as it made the whole process a lot quicker, smoother and less stressful!”

The pair purchased a four bedroom semi detached house at Borlase Gardens, a development which features a variety of four bedroom homes in addition to some two bedroom apartments. They were drawn to the development’s location and the look and feel of the homes there. “We were keen on the town of Marlow,” adds Elliot. “We weren’t even looking for a new build but we found Borlase Gardens and liked the look of it. After visiting the development a couple of times we just knew that it was right choice. We liked the fact that it was an intimate development with only 20 homes in total, and that each home was slightly different.”

As with all Antler homes, the specification of Elliot and Robert’s home was of the highest standard. The luxury custom built kitchen features granite worktops, Siemens stainless steel appliances and ceramic floor tiles, and the bathroom and en-suite facilities have classic white sanitaryware, contemporary fitted furniture and designer Porcelanosa tiles.

The pair are now well settled in to their new home, and add: “We love our new home.”
