Bryant Homes site manager scoops housing ‘Oscar’

Dick beat off stiff competition from thousands of entries to be awarded one of this year’s National Housebuilding Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards. The accolade recognises his commitment to managing his site to an exceptional standard.
The award also demonstrates Bryant Homes’ commitment to building top quality homes and its continued dedication to retaining and exceeding homebuyers’ expectations.
Dick said: “This is a testament to the continued hard work and dedication of the whole team at Chrysalis – without them the award would not have been possible. Being presented with such a prestigious award is a great honour but it’s definitely a team-working spirit that was the essential ingredient for success.
“We take genuine pride in the homes that we build so it is always satisfying to be recognised and rewarded by those within the industry.”
Neil Simpson, regional sales and marketing director for Bryant Homes, said: “We’re delighted that Dick has received this accolade in recognition of the team’s hard work and commitment. It truly demonstrates our commitment to maintaining consistently high levels of quality, service and customer care.”
The Pride in the Job awards are presented following stringent judging by NHBC inspectors, who perform spot checks on developments throughout the year. They also provide homebuyers with the assurance that the development provides top quality homes and excellent customer care.
As part of the NHBC’s overall award scheme, winners of the Pride in the Job Award will proceed to the next stage of the competition whereby they are eligible to win the coveted Seal of Excellence Award. If they are successful at this stage they will proceed further to become winners of both the regional and national competition, which are announced in September.
