20th March 2007 Print
Housebuilder Bellway North London has announced that it is set to create 21 new homes in Hillingdon, North London.

Hillingdon Gardens on Hercies Road will offer contemporary apartment living with excellent commuter links to central London.

The scheme will consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments starting from £245,000. First occupations are expected in early 2008.

Ian Sloan, Sales Director of Bellway North London, says: “We are very excited to be launching this scheme which will provide homes that are contemporary, spacious and excellent value for money. Nearby Hillingdon underground station offers links to in central London and the site is convenient for the A40.”

A gateway to both the town and the country, Hillingdon is just 14 miles from central London. The borough has 800 acres of woodland, country parks, fields and farms. Several rivers run through the area as well as the Grand Union Canal. The area is awash with heritage from pubs with links to the civil war to medieval churches. Hillingdon successfully blends its history with modern living; from theatres and a lido to Uxbridge, a vibrant shopping destination.

Construction at Hillingdon Gardens began in January 2007. For further details, visit bellway.co.uk and click on ‘North London’.
