100 new apartments in Hounslow

4th May 2007 Print
Barratt Homes has been granted planning permission to build 100 new apartments, half of which will be affordable housing, in Hibernia Road, Hounslow.

Gary Ennis, chairman of Barratt Southern Region, says: “Our new Verve development in Hounslow will be launched early this summer, however, we recommend that those interested in purchasing an apartment at this convenient address register their interest now, to ensure they can be amongst the first to reserve their preferred plots.”

The private one and two bedroom apartments will comprise well-designed kitchens with a range of integrated appliances, bathrooms with white sanitaryware (two bedroom apartments will also have en suites), secure door entry systems and an allocated parking space for every home.

The 1.5 acre site, previously owned by The Trustees of The Butchers and Drovers Charitable Institution, is located to the west of Hounslow town centre. The location is ideal for commuters, with Hounslow Central station on the Piccadilly Line (offering services to central London and Heathrow) and Hounslow mainline station (offering services to London Waterloo and Reading) each around a ten minute walk from the Verve development. The nearby A4 offers access by car to the City and M25.

Information on all Barratt Homes developments is available at Barratthomes.co.uk.
