The wait is almost over in Sudbury

11th October 2007 Print
If the success of Charles Church’s previous phase at The Priory in Sudbury is anything to go by, the next phase – which is coming soon – is guaranteed to be a success. After just 10 months on site, there is only one home remaining on Phase two, and prospective purchasers have already started registering their interest for the next phase.

Phase three will offer purchasers a selection of two, three and five bedroom homes in a variety of housetypes. Heather Clarke, Sales Manager for Charles Church North London, says: “The next phase at The Priory promises to offer something for everyone, with homes of different sizes and designs. Phase two was a huge success and, with the amount of interest already expressed in the next phase, we are expecting Phase three to be just as popular!”

As purchasers of a Charles Church home have come to expect, the homes offered at The Priory have been finished to the highest standard and are equipped using only the best products. Kitchens are well designed and combine style with practicality. They also feature a range of useful appliances including a built-in NEFF oven, hob and extractor hood.

Bathrooms and en-suite facilities are stylishly designed with crisp white sanitaryware fitted as standard. Elsewhere, homes benefit fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom, full gas fired central heating and mains powered smoke alarms.

Sudbury is a small and ancient market town which offers a variety of small independent shops and larger high street stores. A farmers market comes to the town once a month. Sudbury also offers a wide selection of playgroups, nurseries and schools. The town is also well placed for transport links; it is 16 miles to Colchester, 17 miles to Bury St Edmunds and just over one hour on the train to London’s Liverpool Street.

To find out more about the next phase of homes at The Priory, visit the sales office which is open daily between 10am and 5pm. The show home, from Phase two, is also open daily. Alternatively, log on to Charleschurch.com for further details.
